Fat Kitty is a small owner operated business started by Amelia Leath & Jarrad Amanono.

We are queer-identifying polyamorous chefs who seek to shake up the industry with some bold ideas. Food is at the core of our beings; and having the opportunity to share our food and personality with people makes all the long days worth it.
